Dural Childcare

A country setting with a plethora of beautiful old homes on long lush green paddocks is commonly found in Dural. This old building was approaching dilapidation when we surveyed the slate roof with the drone in early January 2020. Heritage Slate organised a full reclaimed slate roof replacement along with terracotta ridges and lead components to finish off the revamp.

Reclaimed slate can often work out cheaper than new slate, and if they are of good quality they should last up to 100 years.

To add to that, it is a formidable form of recycling which is very important as it stops materials ending up as landfill.
